The slaughter of Canada's seals has begun in earnest. Right now, seals are being shot or having their skulls crushed on the ice floes, and we need your help to end this bloody and pointless massacre so that it doesn't occur again next year.
The Canadian government allowed sealers to kill more than 200,000 baby harp seals last year in its annual war on seals, and this year, that number has increased to 338,200 seals. The Canadian government is pulling out all the stops this year to make the horrific massacre of young seals appear somehow less cruel by introducing a series of new "regulations," such as prohibiting the use of the hakapik—a wooden club with a metal hook on the end—to kill seals over the age of 1 year. But it doesn't add up.
The amendment does not apply to nearly 98 percent of the seals killed during the slaughter, because they are less than 1 year old. That means that hundreds of thousands of baby seals will still suffer a violent and painful death on the ice.
No trumped up reforms of this atrocious slaughter are acceptable. No trumped up reforms will make it humane.
Most of the young seals who will be skinned during this slaughter are so small and helpless that they simply have to watch their attackers approach and raise their weapons to crack their skulls.
It's up to compassionate people like you to demand that this bloody slaughter never occur again.
With your support, the slaughter of seals need not go on forever. The U.S. outlawed the sale of seal fur more than 25 years ago, and the European Union is actively considering a ban on all seal products as I write.
PETA's vigorous anti-fur campaign is persuading compassionate consumers, designers, and retailers to turn away from fur. Give Blood Give Life
Ya! Give blood means give life...Somebody out there might need our blood,we got nothing to lost actually if we donate our blood every three months..
Anyway it has a blood dornation campaign in this sunday(29.3.2009,which is my friend birthday too)...for more information,see miss detective blog here.
Well Guyzs,do something good,who knows you will get something better one day or you will need other people blood someday...
P/S : Don't worry for something bad occurs in you cause they got do checkup before you donate whether you suitable or not..Dont think it is trboublesome because you are saving life

Give More Love To Our Pet
This few days Mc.net got a lot of members want to give out their pets,neither kitten or puppy,it has remind me do people who want to adopt them is 'three minutes hotness' or what..
Well,it is a big responsibility when we have mad the decision to take an animal home...Because we need to take good care for them till they die,that is not a new issue when we see more and more dog at the street and dog/cat die under the wheel,big causes of this problem is people have give up to take care of the animal and just take shortcut to let them outside the gate(somehow outside the living area)...Sometimes i dont really understand why they do so and what is the feeling when they do so?Is it they feel comfortable after they do so?Just let the dog wander around like that,don't they feel guilty?
And now i would like to know if put their position as their pet,would they like to been treat like that,for sure they are not.
Some puppy might looked nice when they are young,but when they come into ags...kekeke....

My Audio System
I don't know since when i am a SQ holic and get my love deeper and deeper to audio system...I manage to get myself a cheap audio system last year with my hard earned money(as a part time),
My audio setup:
Amplifier : Sherwood old school integrated AMP
CD Player: Sony CDX-cp450
Speaker:Bose 205
Tuner :Denon Digital tuner
Speaker wire: QED Silver anniversary / QED classic
RCA : Audison RCA for CD player,monster RCA for tuner
Headphone : Sony XD100 and XD200 with silver and gold-plated connector 3.5mm--->6.25mm

my brother and my cd collection..
My brother is a SQ holic too,but he is nice in ICE(In car Entertaiment),while i prefer listen and feel the song in house(eventhough my house condition not really a nice environment to audiophile)
Anyway,the sound produce really disappointed me because of the sherwood amplifier..it got a 'broken sound to the right channel),it cant blame off cause it is a old gift(maybe 7 years)from my cousin,and i repaired it at chieng brother audio shop..Really sucks and spoilt my mood sometime when i listen to it..But it is a promise i will change the amp someday and mhe whole setup..

A challenge that I give myself(200309 Friday)
Today,as usual,i stay at home and nothing to do,log in msn and chat with friend,feel really boring and feel like want to do something...And suddenly a thinking pops out in my head,i decided to make a challenge which walk from my house (Pujut 7) to my mum shop(Bintang plaza commercial centre),it seems like nothing but it is quite interesting for me...I quit the msn messenger and go prepare things...I grab my bag that i bring to plkn(which havent tidy after i back from PlKN till now),make some glucose water and pour into half of a 1500ml bottle,a nike cap,my handphone,G-shock watch,a 'Pi xiu' necklace,ic and rm4.xx,and of coz,with my strong heart and will power(Hmm hmm keke)...When i reach the main gate,I start the stopwatch and keep walking...That is 095x hrs.
It seems like a long journey when i reach pujut 3,i choose the inner road(which less car) to walk...at every junction i see where i am now,at first i saw sjk chung hua pujut,then the junction go to G.K supermarket then the vet shop...i keep walking and walking till pujut 2 kopitiam(in front of a tuition centre),i got some feel to pee and geh geh go inside to buy a 'poppiah'(rm1.20) and borrow the toilet,without rest i continue my journey...
Next,i choose the seberkas commercial cantre to walk because less car and can find some food there,if good luck i can go there to buy some food from the pasar malam stall there...but my luck not so good only some guys sell banana..however i still manage to buy an apple(rm0.90) at the fruit shop there(apple king if not mistaken).
Then i took the road to bulatan park(colder and safer),then i use the road which is living area and go through the road to bouleavard area(The stopwatch display 1hours04 minutes),seems like i dont have much time,i keep walking and choose the road which lembaga hasil located...Walk and walk,keep barked by countless dog,i stop for a while and drink the clusolin and keep walking without any rest,it was shocked when i realised i have reach fedarale living area then pelita commercial centre...Wah..it is really fast and i feel touched and glad cause i know that is not far for me to the point..I use the road 'Xuan shou cun',then stadium,I set myself to reach my mum shop before 1145,and i manage to get there on 1144...feel glad...I have make it..
I used time 1 hour 51 minute and 55 second...Congratulation for me,indeed a good try.
After i reach and follow my mum home,i realise i get sunburn around my neck,but it is worth it all.
280309 The Earth 60 Days
280309 would be Earth 60 day...Everyone was encouraged to switch off the light from 2030 till 2130.For sure,i will do so.This can help our mother earth,some people would say,it wont affect anything if he/she not to switch off the light on that time.
This seems to be a awareness actually to prevent Global Warming.

We cannot denied that our mother earth is already polluted and that is not impossible that the end ofthe world will coming soon,now we can even feel the impact of it,unstable weather,rise of temperature and many else,WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE!Ya,support the EARTH 60,just switch off the light,we can lose nothing.We can sign up the Earth 60 to give support and take action on 280309,to switch off the light.
Not only on that day actually,we can help to fight glbal warming by small act we can take everyday:

- Switch off the light when not in use or it is still in visible condition.
- Turn off the tap water when you are not in use(when wash hand and apply soap onto our hand,switch off the tap water or a while and when need after apply soap,switch on the tap) Same goes to when we washed our plate.
- Switch off the computer,tv and hi fi when not in use,eventhough is in standby mode,the consumption of electricity still occurs,and for sure this is a WASTE.
- Become vegetarian if possible.
